TapeScout: privacy notice (DRAFT, FOR COUNSEL REVIEW, not published)

**What TapeScout stores.** Your Telegram user id and username (to run the free-tier count and the Pro tier),

every check you request (the address or the resolved token, the chain, the verdict, its rule and the

measured features, the time), payment ledger rows (rail, amount, reference such as a Stripe session id,

a USDC transaction signature or a Cash App code, and when it was confirmed), and a hashed bearer token

if you ask for one with /token.

**What TapeScout never stores.** Wallet keys or seed phrases (it never asks for any). Screenshots: an

image you send is written to a private temporary file for optical character recognition and deleted

the moment the text is extracted; the extracted text is not logged. Card numbers or bank details: card

payments happen on Stripe's hosted page and TapeScout only reads that a session was paid.

**What TapeScout derives.** Every verdict is repriced against public market data at 1 hour and 24 hours

and the aggregate appears in /stats. Those rows carry the token, not you.

**Retention.** Check history and ledger rows are kept for as long as the service runs, for the

reliability table and for accounting. [FOR COUNSEL REVIEW: retention period, deletion on request,

jurisdiction.] Ask the operator to delete your account and it goes, except ledger rows the operator must

keep for accounting.

**Third parties.** Reads go to public data sources (DexScreener, Rugcheck, Jupiter, Stonkfun, public

Solana, Ethereum and Robinhood Chain RPC endpoints) with the token address only, never with anything

about you. Telegram carries the conversation under Telegram's own terms.
