TapeScout: terms and disclaimer (DRAFT, FOR COUNSEL REVIEW, not published)
TapeScout is an informational service. For a token contract address you send, it returns a card that
summarises public on-chain and public market data: how concentrated the launch wallets are, who holds
it, what a round trip through public routing would cost at two small sizes, whether a sell route exists,
the token's transfer fee as written in its mint account, market state, and how many other tokens share
its symbol.
**It is not financial advice, not a recommendation, not an endorsement, and not a signal.** A GREEN
verdict means no rule in a fixed, published list fired on the data that was readable at that moment. It
does not mean the token is safe, will rise, or can be sold later. "Verified is not safe."
**What TapeScout never does.** It does not execute, route or place orders. It does not connect to, hold,
or ask for any wallet. It holds no customer funds. It takes no per-trade or performance fee. It has no
token. It exercises no discretion on anyone's behalf.
**Reads can fail.** Upstream data sources rate-limit and go down. When a read fails the card says
"unmeasured" and the verdict may be UNKNOWN. An unmeasured value is never presented as a fact.
**Subscription.** Pro is a flat fee for 30 days from confirmation. Renewals are new invoices; nothing is
charged automatically. Payments by card or Apple Pay go through Stripe Checkout. USDC payments go to a
receive-only address and are credited when the exact invoice amount arrives. Cash App payments are

**Your own responsibility.** Anything you do with the information is your decision and your risk.
Digital assets can lose all their value. Where you live may restrict or tax such activity.
**Data.** TapeScout logs the addresses checked, the verdict, its features and your Telegram user id, and
grades every verdict against later market data to publish a reliability table. It stores no wallet
addresses of yours and asks for none.
